Instructions

  1. Lay your 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts flat into the crockpot.
  2. Combine 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour this mixture directly over your chicken breasts.
  4. Arrange your lemon slices across the top of the chicken.
  5. Cover your crockpot and let it cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
