Instructions
- Heat your 4 large flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or microwave them for 15 seconds until they’re pliable enough to work with.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing across the center in a thin line.
- Arrange 1/2 cup of your crispy chicken strips down the middle of each tortilla.
- Layer 1/4 cup shredded lettuce, a quarter of your diced tomato, and 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
- Fold in the sides of your tortilla about an inch, then roll it away from you as tightly as possible without tearing.
- Hold your wrap seam-side down for a few seconds to help it stay sealed.
- Cut each wrap diagonally in half and transfer to your plate right away.
